Pakistan squash players rise in international rankings

KARACHI: Pakistani squash players have slightly improved their international rankings for the month of January, according to Professional Squash Association.Farhan Mehboob jumped three positions to be ranked 63rd, which makes him the country’s top ranked player. His previous ranking was 66.Farhan Zaman rose to 72 from 76. Ahsan Ayaz jumped 17 ranking positions from 108 to 91.
These three are the only Pakistani players ranked among the top 100 in the world. Tayyab Aslam climbed to 114th from 119th. Asim Khan leaped to 127 from 190. Israr Ahmed remains at 138th position.
