LAHORE: Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Saturday ruled out the possibility of forming alliance with any political party and said they would contest the next general elections independently.

Talking to media at the wedding ceremony of senior party leader Chaudhry Manzoor’s daughter, he said the PPP had no role in the current crisis in Balochistan Assembly where situation was worsening day-by-day, adding that how the PPP could hatch a conspiracy there when it did not have a single MPA in Balochistan.

Bilawal said it would be none other than PML-N’s own fault if the government was unable to complete the term. He also said that the PPP had accomplished remarkable development work in Sindh.

Regarding the third alleged marriage of Imran Khan, the PPP chairman said it was Imran’s personal matter and if he had tied knot, he would congratulate him. Bilawal also visited Bhutto Legacy Foundation Chairman Bashir Riaz and inquired about his health.

It is pertinent to mention that Bashir Riaz is associated with the Bhutto family since 1967. He worked with Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto as adviser, and is currently working senior adviser to Bilawal
