Two FC men martyred in Quetta checkpoint attack
QUETTA: Two FC personnel were martyred as a result of a gun and bomb attack on a check-post in the Baleli area of the provincial capital on Tuesday, said security sources, according to Geo News report. Retaliatory fire, after the attack, killed two terrorists. Five people, including two FC personnel were injured in the attack. Police officials said firing was heard in the area following the explosion and security forces reached the site of the incident. The extent of damage is being ascertained by rescue services. Meanwhile, a Levies man was injured when unidentified attackers fired on a check-post in Dera Bugti. According to the Levies force, the incident took place at the Sangcela Road, Dera Bugti. The seriously injured solider was shifted to a hospital.
