Civil Judge Tahir Ishaq Khan of Pattoki went to a cellular company franchise on Quaid-i-Azam Road, Pattoki, for biometric verification of his SIM. After waiting for a long time in a queue, he introduced himself to the franchise staffers but they allegedly manhandled and thrashed him. Later, they called police, who detained him in the lockup. They also misbehaved with him. When they came to know about his identity, they released him.
