BHAKKAR: DPO Agha Muhammad Yusuf Tuesday urged CPLC members to execute responsibilities beyond party affiliations.
Addressing a meeting of the CPLC members, the DPO asked them to work for the welfare of the people along with police as well, and uphold justice while settling normal monetary disputes.
The members submitted various suggestions regarding improving law and order situation, the DPO listened carefully and promised redressing all.
TREE PLANTATION:
DCO Muhammad Zaman Khan Wattoo Tuesday inaugurated a sapling plantation campaign.
Addressing the participants of the drive, the DCO said only planting trees is not enough but rather a proper care of them should be also taken.
He advised relevant authorities to give saplings of various varieties to peasants to achieve target, saying that the drive will help improve environment and beauty of the district.
