Karate coaches course begins

LAHORE: The Pakistan Olympic Association’s (POA’s) allocated technical course for karate coaches started here at Punjab College Sports Gymnasium Hall. The course is being run under instructions of the World Karate Federation (WKF) coach Antinio Oliva. He will be coaching the coaches to further train the athletes on the modern scientific lines and achieve best level of performance.More than 35 male and female international and national coaches from all over the country are participating in the course. The course will run in two categories theory and practical.POA President Lt Gen (retd) Syed Arif Hasan was the chief guest of the opening ceremony. Speaking on the occasion he praised the efforts of Pakistan Karate Federation.
