CHAKWAL: A man died when his bike fell into a deep ditch on Miani Sardhee Road on Monday.
Zaheer of Dharakuna village was on his way when suddenly his bike slipped due to damaged road and later fell into a deep ditch alongside the road. As a result, he died on the spot.
ALLEGED KILLER HELD: Dhumman police on Monday arrested an alleged killer of a transporter.
The police raided and arrested accused Suleman Sajjad of Chak Chakora village and recovered a 30-bore pistol from him that was used in the murder of the transporter of Jund Awan village. Meanwhile, Neela police arrested Mushtaq and recovered a 12-bore rifle from his possession. The police have registered a case.
