Farhatullah Babar asks first question from army chief
ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa was in pleasant mood during the in-camera briefing to the Senate and responded dozens of questions. Senator Farhatullah Babar was the first one who asked question from Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa and thanked him for visiting the Senate. General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that he was ready to respond all of their questions and hoped that his responses will not come under the purview of privilege motion. On this the whole House burst into laughter. Senator Farhatullah Babar responded that we also hope that you will not get worried with our questions. Leader of House in the Senate Raja Zafarul Haq asked last question in the in-camera briefing from Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa and asked that this briefing should have been held earlier. General Qamar Javed Bajwa responded that, "we were waiting for the invitation."
