Nawaz, Maryam return home

LAHORE: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz returned to Pakistan Sunday morning, Geo News reported.
Their flight PK-758 landed at Lahore Airport around 8am. Later on, they reached their Jati Umra residence in a convoy. Nawaz visited London to meet his ailing wife, Kulsoom Nawaz. He had been granted exemption from appearing before the court till Dec 12.
The last hearing for the case was conducted on 11th and the next would be held on Dec 19, in which both Nawaz and Maryam are expected to appear before the court. At Jati Umra, they were warmly received by the party members, who showered rose petals on their vehicles.
