Cop shot dead in DI Khan

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A police constable was gunned down here on Sunday, the police said.
Sources said that the police had set up a cordon for checking when a man travelling in a vehicle opened fire on the cops in the limits of Paharpur Police Station. As a result, Constable Sanaullah was critically injured. The injured cop succumbed to injuries on the way to hospital.
In another incident, Rahmatullah along with his accomplices allegedly stormed a house and opened fire, killing Nazia. The incident took place in Wanda Khaliq Shah, the precinct of Bandkorai Police Station. The police registered the case against the accused on the report of Nasir.
