2 killed, 4 injured in Haripur road accident

HARIPUR: Two passengers were killed and four women sustained injuries when a speeding van collided with a motorcar near Jhari Kas, some 8 km from here, on Friday. Eyewitnesses and police said that a family was traveling towards Jhari Kas from Haripur city by their motorcar when a recklessly driven van collided with it near Qureshi More, killing car driver Shahid Mehmood and his father Haji Muhammad Miskeen on the spot. A woman from the same family named as Gulfareen Bibi was injured. Three women passengers were injured as well.
