Man dies, three injured in petrol tank blast in Multan

MULTAN: A man was killed while three others sustained burn injuries when a petrol tank burst near Essa Wali Bridge at Shujabad Road on Sunday morning. According to Rescue 1122, a mechanic was busy welding a petrol tank at a shop when it suddenly burst. As a result, Muhammad Akram was killed on the spot while Muhammad Fayyaz, Riaz and Arif sustained burns. All the injured were shifted to the THQ Hospital, Shujabad. The police have started investigation.
