Complaint redressal cell established in Chitral
CHITRA: Commissioner Malakand Division Syed Zaheerul Islam inaugurated a complaint redressal cell (CRC) here on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, the commissioner said that the people would not run from pillar to post for resolving their issues after establishing the CRC in the district. Regional Police Office (RPO) Akhtar Hayat Khan Gandapur, District Nazim Maghfirat Shah, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Irshad Sodhar, District Police Officer Mansoor Aman, Superintendent of Police Tariq Karim, Assistant Commissioner Abdul Akbar Khan, Additional Assistant Commissioner Sajid Nawaz and others were present on the occasion.
The commissioner said that establishing CRC was meant to provide relief to the applicants within 24 hours. “Every concerned official should perform his/her duty honestly so that issues being faced by the people can be resolved,” he added.
DC Irshad Sodhar, in his speech, said that the complaints would be sent to the officials concerned forthwith and the applicant would be informed with the proceedings through his/her cellular phone.
