MULTAN: The Pakistan People’s Party has started the party reorganisation, said PPP leader Malik Nasim Labar.
Talking to newsmen here on Friday, he said that they had completed the PPP reorganisation in the walled city by electing office-bearers at the union council level. He said that the party units were being reorganised in the light of PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari’s vision. He said that the PPP was a national party while all other parties, including the PML-N, PML-Q, PTI, ANP and MQM, were regional parties. He said that the PPP was the only ideological party in the country. He said that the PPP was the first party, who had talked about the people and given them the fundamental rights. Meanwhile, addressing meetings in union councils 43, 44 and 45, Nasim Labar said that the PPP was the only hope for the downtrodden people across the country. He said that Multan was the heart of the PPP and the party was raising voice for the rights of the people of south Punjab.
