Kite string injures youth in Gujranwala

GUJRANWALA: A youth was injured when a kite string slit his throat near Mini Stadium here on Monday. Muhammad Musa, son of Ubaidullah and a local leader of Jamaat-e-Islami, was on his way by a motorcycle when a kite fell on him and its string cut his throat. As a result, he was seriously injured and rushed to a hospital. Later, CPO Ashfaq Khan suspended the Sabzi Mandi police SHO for not controlling kite flying in his area.
