Aqib Ali, Sameer Ali and Shahzeb hit one goal apiece for the winners.
Islamabad demolished Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 5-1. Syed Abdullah and Sadiq Mubligh hit two goals each, while they were also joined on the score-sheet by Haris Ahmed.
Imran Khan struck the lone goal for KP in the first half.
Hosts Khanewal overcame Quetta 2-0 with Nadeem Tariq and Ali Raza scoring for the winners.
Sahiwal-Faisalabad Zone crushed Gilgit Baltistan 8-0. Mohammad Sajid hit treble, while Kaleemullah and Adeel struck two goals each. Mohammad Ijaz landed one.
Bannu-Dir Zone faced 0-1 defeat at the hands of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) with Rawais Yasin scoring the winner on penalty in the second half.
