MULTAN: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Monday foiled a terror plan and arrested five terrorists of Jamaatul Furqan. The CTD also recovered explosives from them, said the officials. The arrested terrorists are affiliated with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan and al Qaeda. On a tip-off, the CTD officials raided their hideout at Mauza Binda Sandila and arrested five terrorists when they were planning massive sabotage activities in the city. The CTD officials said the prime target of terrorists was sensitive installations. The arrested terrorists are Abu Bakr, Abuzar, Nauman, Mobeen and Arslan. Five hand grenades were also found from the hideout.
