Two women torture polio worker in Kasur

KASUR: Two women tortured an anti-polio worker at Mohallah Sheikh Tibba Amin in B-Division City police limits on Tuesday.
Muzamil Bibi, a staff nurse at the DHQ Hospital, along with anti-polio team incharge Nasir Khan came to the area to administer anti-polio drops to the children. When they knocked at the door of a house for administering anti-polio drops two women - Rani Bibi and Shamim - asked them to give polio vaccine to them as they would themselves administer it to their children. To it, Muzamil Bibi forcibly tried to enter the house. It infuriated Rani and Shamim and they allegedly tortured Muzamil Bibi. On information, police rushed to the spot and arrested Shamim Bibi while Rani escaped. A case has been registered against the two women.
