Body of minor girl thrown by father in canal recovered

GUJRANWALA: The Satellite Town police on Saturday arrested a man who had allegedly thrown his two minor daughters in canal on Friday.
Rescue 1122 staffers have fished out the dead body of two-year-old Haram while efforts are underway to recover the body of 10-month-old Zainab.
Accused Mubeen of Saleem Colony told Satellite Town police that he was a poor man and could not feed his five children due to which he threw his two daughters in the canal.
The police have registered a case and started investigation.
