DASKA: City police Wednesday arrested an Indian citizen, who was living illegally in the area.
On a tip-off, police raided a locality named Younasabad and arrested Indian citizen identified as Arif, who was living in the locality since the last twelve years.
CITIZENS LOOTED: Dacoits and thieves deprived locals of cash and valuables on Wednesday.
Muhammad Ameen was on his way to Daska, when four dacoits intercepted him and snatched cash, a mobilephone and his motorcycle.
In the another incident in the area of Bombanwala police limits, Muhammad Saddiq was coming to home from Gujranwala, he was intercepted by two dacoits and was deprived of cash, his motorcycle and a mobilephone.
Shahid Mahmood parked his motorcycle outside a college, when he came, he found the motorcycle missing.
In the city and Motra police areas, thieves took away electricity wires and transformers.
POS HELD: City police have arrested two proclaimed offenders (POs) on Wednesday.
Police on a tip-off arrested POs identified as Fayyaz and Ifthikar, who were hiding in a house.
