CHITRAL: All arrangements have been made to administer anti-polio drops to the children in the 3-day drive, starting from September 18, an official said on Thursday.
Talking to reporters here, Dr Irshad Ahmed, district coordinator, Expanded Programme on Immunisation (EPI), said that special teams would be sent to far-off areas of the district.“There are no “No-go” areas in the district. We had covered all areas in the previous drive as well. Even the kids in the flood-hit and inaccessible Onawich village in Yarkhun valley were also covered,” said Dr Irshad.
