CHAKWAL: An old woman was killed while her daughter sustained injuries in an accident at Bhikari Kalan village on Friday.
Muhammad Ashraf Zaman of Karsal village, his mother Irshad Bibi and his sister Rubina Bibi were on their way by a motorcycle when a car hit their motorcycle on Chakwal-Talagang Road. As a result, Irshad Bibi died on the spot while Rubina Bibi was injured. Police have registered a case.
2 AFGHANS HELD: City police on Friday arrested two Afghans for residing illegally in Pakistan.
The police raided and arrested Saifullah and Abdullah Khan for not having legal documents and residing illegally. The police have registered separate cases against them under Section 14 Foreign Act.
