IGP visits Dera Ismail Khan
DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Inspector General of Police Salahuddin Khan Mehsud on Tuesday expressed satisfaction at the security arrangements in Dera Ismail Khan.
He expressed these views during a visit to the district. The IGP presided over a meeting of the police officers and reviewed security arrangements made by the local police.
Regional Police Officer Syed Fida Hassan Shah briefed the provincial police chief about the overall law and order situation and security plan chalked out for maintenance of peace in Dera Ismail Khan.
Later, the IGP during a visit to the Dera Ismail Khan bazaar met traders and general public.
The police chief reviewed the security arrangements and issued instructions for further beefing up the security in the DI Khan city.
The traders and general public appreciated the security arrangement had been put in place for maintenance of peace in the city.
