Addressing the conclusion ceremony, Sindh Minister for Industries and Commerce Manzoor Hussain Wassan said that Khairpur was known for its dates throughout the world. The minister also lauded the role of Khairpur’s district administration for organising the International Date Palm Festival and Seminar. He added that it was a really good activity to motivate the international buyers. He said that the PPP government believed in economic growth and development, adding that someone had hatched conspiracies against the PPP government. However, he added that the masses supported the PPP government and said that the PPP would meet its target of bringing tremendous changes in the country.
