Interim order against anti-NAB law to continue: SHC

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court reiterated on Tuesday its earlier interim order, directing the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to continue its investigations in the province despite a provincial law on the contrary. A hearing of the NAB laws suspension case was conducted at the Sindh High Court in which the three-member full bench headed by Chief Justice Sindh High Court Ahmed Ali M. Sheikh directed the chief secretary Sindh to assure the court that no one would become a hurdle in NAB's operations in Sindh.
