PHC acting CJ takes oath

PESHAWAR: Justice Waqar Ahmad Seth on Monday took oath of acting chief justice of Peshawar High Court as the chief justice left for summer vacation.
As per the official communiqué, the oath was administered by Justice Qaiser Rashid Khan in a simple but graceful ceremony. It said that Justice Waqar Ahmad Seth will remain as acting chief justice till September 3, as chief justice of Peshawar High Court, Yahya Afridi, had left to avail summer vacation. The ceremony was attended by judges and principal staff of the high court.
