PESHAWAR: Member Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Ziaullah Afridi on Friday submitted a reference against Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak accusing him of horse trading.
The reference was submitted at the Khyber Pakhtun-khwa Assembly Secretariat at speaker’s office. He alleged that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) along with its allies has strength of 69 MPs in the assembly, while the chief minister claimed he has support of 75 members.
Ziaullah Afridi claimed that it proved that the chief minister was involved in horse trading and action should be initiated against him. He warned that if action was not taken against the chief minister, he would contact the Election Commission of Pakistan.
