ISLAMABAD: The PML-N leaders on Saturday said it was Imran Khan, not Nawaz Sharif, who would have to go, adding that those holding rallies during night hours could not understand what the sea of people in broad daylight meant.
Khawaja Asif, Marriyum Aurangzeb, Saad Rafique, Mushahidullah Khan and Talal Chaudhry talking to the media separately said the services of Nawaz for democracy would be remembered forever. They said Nawaz had launched rally for the country, not his reinstatement.
Puppets from Bani Gala, Lal Haveli and Canada sprang into action whenever directed, they said, adding that the rallies of Imran were traditional gatherings while Nawaz’s rally was an assembly of people.
The PML-N leaders said their message was reaching to the people who would not allow any defilement of their vote. The masses came first in importance and the law and Constitution followed them, they noted.
