‘Qadri, Imran not met in Saudi Arabia’

OKARA: No meeting was held between PTI chief Imran Khan and PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri in Saudi Arabia, said PAT central general secretary Khurram Nawaz Gandapur.
He was talking to newsmen after attending funeral prayer of Iftikhar Ahmad, father of PAT worker Shahbaz at Jinnah Park on Tuesday. He alleged that the PML-N did not follow the constitution.

Explosives-laden truck seized

OKARA: Elite Force on Tuesday seized a truck loaded with explosive material and arrested a driver near Basirpur.
Elite Force, on a tip-off, intercepted a truck and recovered more than 1,000kg explosive material from it. Police also arrested truck driver Jehangir Khan while the others fled.
Meanwhile, DPO Faisal Rana said that police teams had been formed to arrest the fleeing accused.
