KARACHI: As many as 140 players from Islamabad, Lahore, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, Jamshoro and Karachi are participating in the sixth edition of Essa Lab Open National Juniors and Seniors tennis championship.
Sindh Tennis Association, the organisers, stated that they received 140 entries from across the country for this PTF grade one tournament that commences from Saturday (today) at Karachi Gymkhana.
Faiz Kidwai Rotarian will be the chief guest at the formal opening ceremony. Zubair Raja is top seed in junior udner-18 category, Amin Shafi is top seed in under-16, Abdul Samad Arejo is top seed in under-14 category, and Abubaker Talha is top seed in under-10 category.
