This is to bring the attention of the concerned authorities to the issue which residents of Karachi might face in the future. The Nazimabad No 7 bridge was demolished for the Green Line Bus route and was expected to be rebuilt as a overhead bridge for the bus service.
However, instead of an overhead bridge, a straight road is being constructed. This might become an obstacle in the re-launch of Circular Railway in the future since a contract for this purpose is being expected to be signed with China in September. It seems to be another loophole in the planning of both the projects.
