KARACHI: Saad Abdullah and Abdul Malik won U17 qualifying round to confirm their presence in the main round of Kazim Anwar ADHD Trust (KAAT) ‘Champion Hunt Initiative Program for Squash’ (CHIPS), which commenced on Sunday here at Pakistan Navy’s Roshan Khan Jahangir Khan Squash Complex.
In the qualifying finals, Saad Abdullah overpowered Mohammad Shoaib in straight sets, recording a convincing 11-3, 11-3, 11-2 triumph.
Abdul Malik also registered a straight-set triumph in qualifying finals, beating Awais Ahmad by 11-3, 11-6, 11-7.
Mujtaba Gadit and Mohammad Rafi Khan won qualifying finals of boys U13 event to confirm their presence in the main rounds. Aun Abbas and Mohammad Hammad secured their respective berths in boys U15 main rounds.
