Crackdown against usurers in Bhakkar

BHAKKAR: The authorities have launched a crackdown against usurers across the district.
The borrowers of money have been directed not to pay the interest and submit their applications against usurers in the DCO office.
The victims of usurers have been asked to cooperate with the district government and indicate the people involved in the nefarious business.
MISUSE OF GOVT VEHICLES: The Punjab government has issued strict instructions not to use government vehicles/ambulance for personal use. These instructions have been delivered to all district heads of Sargodha division.
According to sources, the government has taken the step because it came to know that some officers of district administration and Health department are misusing pick and drop facility against the rules.
