Chitral man claims having solution to climate change

PESHAWAR: As renowned scientists and environmentalists around the world continue to make efforts to meet the challenge of global warming, a man from mountainous Chitral district has claimed to have found a simple but scientific solution to save the world from a looming catastrophe.
“Yes, I have discovered the ‘Change Agent’ and now the challenge of climate change can be overcome. I am ready to prove my theory to any panel of scientists,” Sardar Abdul Rehman told a group of journalists.
Not-so-highly-educated, Abdul Rehman has successfully been running an Urdu newspaper in his native Chitral for the last 15 years. “I am ready to face punishment if I am proven wrong,” said Abdul Rehman when reminded of a claim by a man from Sindh to run vehicles on water.
