KARACHI: A legislator of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in the Sindh Assembly on Thursday submitted a resolution to condemn the meeting in Murree between Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Indian businessman Sajjan Jindal.
The resolution submitted by Khurrum Sher Zaman, MPA of PTI, states: “This house expresses its outrage and condemnation over the meeting of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif with Indian businessman Sajjan Jindal.
“The meeting between our prime minister and a citizen of a hostile enemy state is unfathomable given the current hostilities between Pakistan and India.“In addition, this House expresses condemnation that protocol was given to a private citizen of a hostile state.”The Sindh Assembly is going to resume its ongoing session after recess of two days on Friday (today).
