KARACHI: Army and PIA won their matches, while NBP and WAPDA drew their matches in the inaugural Chief of the Army Staff Challenge Hockey Cup, which commenced at the Army Hockey Stadium in Rawalpindi on Thursday.
Army subdued Police 6-0 and PIA thrashed Punjab 6-1. The opening match between WAPDA and NBP ended in a 1-1 draw. Army thrashed Police 6-0 in a one-sided match. PIA maintained their supremacy throughout the last match of the day to outclass Punjab with a convincing margin of 6-1.
