Karachi demolish Mirpurkhas 21-1 in hockey
KARACHI: Karachi players scored at will and bulldozed Mirpurkhas by 21-1 in the preliminary round of NBP PHF Under-25 Inter-Region National hockey tournament on Wednesday at Sukkur Stadium in Sukkur.Sharjeel and Shujaat each scored a hat-trick, while Abbasi, Ali Hassan, Wahab, Hunain, Zohaib and Waseem Aslam scored two goals each.

Sharjeel and Shujaat each scored a hat-trick, while Abbasi, Ali Hassan, Wahab, Hunain, Zohaib and Waseem Aslam scored two goals each. Ali Hussain, Fareed and Abdullah scored one goal each.
Ali Sufian scored one for Mirpurkhas.
Earlier, Hyderabad thrashed Benazirabad by 13-1. Zohaib scored five goals, Khizar four, Yasir three and Adnan one.
Benazirabad captain Shahood scored one goal.
Larkana overpowered hosts Sukkur 4-0 with Abdullah scoring a hat-trick. Mubeen scored the fourth goal.
