4 drug peddlers held

DASKA: Circle police Monday arrested four drug peddlers and recovered narcotics and illegal firearms from them.
On a tip-off, police intercepted Muhammad Usman, Muhammad Imran, Shahbaz and Muhammad Jameel, and recovered 3,000 gram charas and illegal arms from them.
LOOTED: Thieves stole costly things from a shop on Monday in the sadar police limits.
Thieves entered the shop of Muhammad Idress and took away cash, mobilephones and other valuables.
BOOKED: Satra police Monday registered case against a man for extending help to a proclaimed offender (PO) to escape.
On a tip-off, police raided a locality to arrest PO Shahzad but before the police arrival Irshad alerted the PO who managed to escape.
