4 killed in Rawalpindi laid to rest in Nowshera

NOWSHERA: The funeral prayers for four members of a family, who were shot dead inside their house in Rawalpindi a day earlier, were offered and laid to rest in Nowshera Kalan in the district.
Moving scenes were witnessed when the bodies of a man Saifullah Khan, his son Zeeshan, daughter-in-law and six-year-old grandson Shahzeb were brought to Nowshera Kalan. The collective funeral prayers for the deceased were offered and they were laid to rest at a graveyard.
Another minor child also sustained bullet injuries when unidentified gunmen broke into the house of Safiullah Khan in Fazal Town in Rawalpindi on Tuesday and opened indiscriminate fire, killing four members of the family on the spot.
