Moeen Qureshi passes away

WASHINGTON: Former caretaker prime minister Moeen Qureshi passed away after a prolonged illness in Washington. He was 86. Moeen Qureshi has two daughters and two sons. He served as the caretaker premier of Pakistan from July to October 1993. Qureshi was born on June 26, 1930 in Lahore. Qureshi was an executive vice president of the IMF from 1974 to 1977 and was the senior vice president of the World Bank from 1981 to 1987.
