Plan chalked out for 150-year LHC celebrations

KASUR: District and Sessions Judge Syed Muzaffar Ali Shah Tuesday said a comprehensive plan was chalked out for 150-year celebrations of the Lahore High Court.
Talking to reporters, Muzaffar said judiciary is playing a pivotal role in the promotion of law and justice in society. He said suggestions for uplifting the judicial system would be welcomed. Additional Sessions Judge Rafaqat Ali Gondal and SP (Investigations) Malik Mushtaq Awan were also present. He said in the light of the vision of LHC Chief Justice Mansoor Ali Shah a seminar on upholding the role of law would be held on November 26 at Sir Syed Auditorium of DPS Kasur. He said a friendly cricket match between bar and judiciary would be held on November 27th and schoolchildren would visit sessions and civil courts on November 28.
