Woman tortured by husband

GUJRANWALA: A woman was allegedly tortured by her husband over a domestic issue at Jandiala Baghwala on Tuesday.
Victim Sadia told journalists that her husband accused Irfan allegedly brutally tortured her over a domestic issue. She was rushed to the DHQ Hospital for treatment. Sadar police have started investigation.
3 HUMAN SMUGGLERS HELD: The FIA teams on Tuesday arrested three human smugglers from Kharian and Sialkot districts.
The FIA arrested Ashraf of Sialkot and Syed Muhammad Hassan and Syed Muhammad Touqir of Kharian. The accused were involved in sending people abroad on fake documents.
PROTEST: Eunuchs on Tuesday staged a demonstration on GT Road against torture on their fellows by some people at Sialkot.
The protesters chanted slogans and blocked a road at Sialkoti Gate in protest. They demanded immediate arrest of the accused persons.
