KARACHI: Wall-chalking in favour of former president Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf was suddenly seen on the walls of Central District of Karachi on Sunday night. It was written on walls: “Musharraf we need you”.
His pictures were also pasted at various areas of the district. It is noteworthy that contacts between Musharraf, MQM-Pakistan and Pak Sarzamin Party (PSP) have already been made in Dubai.
During the first protest sit-in of Imran Khan’s PTI in Islamabad more than two years ago, it was generally discussed that the MQM would be divided into parts and Pervez Musharraf might play an important political role in any one group of the MQM.
