LHC 150th anniversary celebrations end

CHAKWAL: The three-day celebrations of 150th anniversary of the Lahore High Court concluded on Monday.
The final programme in this connection was held at the premises of District Judicial Complex.
STUDENTS VISIT COURTS: Several students of different public and private schools visited various courts.
They were briefed by different judges about the working of the courts.
They also visited a guest room established for minor children who visit courts in connection with family.
Civil Judge Sidra Bano told the students that the guest room was established to provide a peaceful and secure atmosphere to affective children.
The room was formally inaugurated by District and Sessions Judge Chakwal Mushtaq Ahmad Tararr.
A student named Laraib Fatima made a speech on the rule of the law.
The District and Sessions Judge also distributed prizes among the students.
