Tractor driver dies in accident

DASKA: A tractor driver died when his vehicle turned turtle in the area of Sadr police on Saturday.
Muhammad Ameen Butt, 30, was driving the tractor and near Raja Ghuman village his vehicle turned turtle. As a result, he sustained critical injuries and was shifted to the Civil Hospital where he died.
VALUABLES TAKEN AWAY: A student was robbed of cash, motorcycle, and a cellphone on Saturday. Azhar Hussain, a student of grade 12, was heading to college when he was intercepted by two gunmen and was deprived of cash, motorcycle and a cellphone.
FAKE CHEQUE CASE: City police Saturday booked a man on charges of issuing a fake cheque.
Accused Shafique had taken some loan from Mumtaz Ahmed and issued him a cheque that bounced. Police have registered a case.
SUICIDE BID: A youth attempted suicide on Saturday. Salman Ahmad of City police area was unemployed for a long time and he sued to quarrel with his family members. On the day of the incident, he took poisonous pills and was shifted to Civil Hospital in a critical condition.
