KARACHI: Ibrahim Iltafat thrashed Kamran Bashir 6-0, 6-0 in men’s singles first round of 2nd Abdul Majeed Trophy Development Series Ranking Tennis Championship here at Union Club on Tuesday.
Eibad Sarwar Hussain Khan also progressed into the second round as his opponent Abdullah Khan left the match retired hurt.
Robin Das eased into the second round after he got a walkover against Noor-e-Mustafa.
Haseeb Ismail also received a walkover against Syed Mustafa.
Aqeel Shabbir recorded a pristine 6-0, 6-0 victory against Ahmer Ahsan.
