MWM warns of long march

MULTAN: Activists of the Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen staged a demonstration to press the government to accept their demands here on Friday.
The protesters led by MWM south Punjab secretary general Allama Iqtidar Hussain Naqvi blocked Chowk Khumaranwala to press the government to accept their demands. The protesters were carrying banners and placards. They warned of a long march if the government did not accept their demands.
Addressing the protesters, Allama Iqtidar Hussain Naqvi said that the MWM supported the Zarb-e-Azb operation. He said that the MWM demanded indiscriminate operation against the terrorism networks and their facilitators. Allama Iqtidar Hussain Naqvi said that cases registered against activists of the MWM and ISO should be withdrawn. He demanded release of the MWM activists arrested by Khanewal police. MWM south Punjab information secretary Saqlain Naqvi and others also spoke on the occasion.
