Ch Pervaiz, Sheikh Rashid discuss Nov 2 sit-in

ISLAMABAD: Senior leader of PML-Q and former deputy prime minister Ch Pervaiz Elahi held a meeting with Awami Muslim League Chief Shaikh Rashid Ahmad in the Parliament House in Islamabad and exchanged views about contacts for other opposition parties participation in November 2 sit-in.

Elahi said that objective of the sit-in is to get the country rid of present monarchy and corruption system for which all opposition parties’ participation is essential. Presently entire nation is under heavy burden of debt because of wrong decisions of one family and the debt is further increasing, he said.Earlier Ch Pervaiz Elahi participated in the meeting of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and questioned as to why PIA has suspended its flights for Barcelona, Spain.
