ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday directed the police to produce PTI chief Imran Khan and PAT head Dr Tahirul Qadri before the court on November 17 in the Parliament and PTV buildings attack case.
ATC Judge Syed Kausar Abbas Zaidi heard the case regarding the damage to the state property during the protests and sit-in of the Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) in 2014. During the proceeding, the court ordered to maintain the arrest warrants for Imran Khan, Dr Tahirul Qadri and 70 other nominated accused in the Parliament and PTV attack case.
