They alleged that Imran Khan was sabotaging national unity. They asked the PTI leadership and workers to minus Imran Khan from eth PTI. The PTI should minus Imran Khan as soon as possible for unity among the opposition parties, the PPP leaders maintained. The U-Turn politics of Imran Khan, poor political values, his controversial character and solo flight had shattered the opposition’s unity, they blamed. Imran Khan’s attitude has weakened the opposition and strengthened the government, they alleged. The PPP South Punjab leaders claimed that the opposition parties’ alliance created in the result of PPP efforts. The PPP stalwarts asked PTI chairman Imran Khan to devise strategy against the government instead of raising fingers on the PPP leadership.
Meanwhile, PTI South Punjab president Ishaq Khan Khakwani reacted on the comments of the PPP leadership and said that Imran Khan was the only politician who was fighting against corruption and injustice. He said that the PTI chairman was a great leader, adding that the PPP and the PML-N spoke against each other in the joint session of the Parliament while the PTI boycotted the fruitless activity. The time proved that the PTI decision of boycotting the joint session of the Parliament was a wise decision, he added. Ishaq Khan Khakwani alleged that the PPP was protecting the PML-N corruption and the PML-N was responding in the same way to protect the PPP corruption.
